Check the brand’s website first to see if the product is covered by warranty:

If it is and you feel that it’s a valid warranty, take the part back to the shop you purchased it from and they will contact us to see if it is indeed a warranty.
TIP: KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! Most warranties are not valid if you don’t have the original receipt from the purchase.
